Due to regulations requiring that all air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kw are to be regularly being inspected by a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), Stonegrove were employed to carry out this work on behalf of our long term client to fulfil their legal obligations.
The brief from the client was to carry out the inspections on their behalf, accross a number of sites, and to supply relevant certificates of compliance once completed along with recommendations for energy efficiency and condition reports.
