Stonegrove installed a large ammonia based frozen distribution facility in Greenford.
Stonegrove installed a large £1.4Million ammonia plant for Cold Store and Goods In. The install included 2 GEA inverter drive single stage screw compressors, 1 Evapco evaporative c/w run and standby pump and fans along with TH Witt ammonia pumping station & TH Witt open flash intercooler vessel and controls.
Inside the store are 6 High Bay cold store evaporators which have automated valve stations. The loading bay has 3 evaporators with automated valve stations, and air lock dehumidification.
We also designed and installed a fully integrated, networked programmable logic (PLC) RDM control system.
