Stonegrove is operating in highly profitable industry offering diverse services to a variety of clients. The right mechanical project engineer will be valued as part of the team and will play a fundamental part in their success.
The Role itself will involve managing projects post design to completion (50% site 50% office work and man-management) including overseeing mechanical drawings, program, site work including snagging, hand over and manuals and managing all site personnel and sub-contractors. Also included in the role will be attending site meetings, liaison with consultants, client / main contractors and financial control of the projects. You would be expected to handle multiple projects at any one time, which would vary in value and complexity. Knowledge of JCT form of contract would be an advantage. Project values range from £50,000 to £10million.
The Person would be ideally industry qualified with experience and keen to manage and take on responsibility. The ability to create mechanical drawings would be an advantage, and experience in refrigeration would be an asset but not essential as long the candidate has relevant building services project experience.
