One of our customers needed to replace a cooling coil at their busy production facility.
The challenge was that the window of opportunity was resticted due to a full production during the week, with ingredient delivieries throughout the week and into the weekend. For the least amount of impact it was decided that the work would be carried out over a weekend.
To prevent any impact on production the units were lowered to ground level on Saturday morning so deliveries could go ahead in the afternoon. The casings were then dismantled, coils removed, new ones fitted and the casings rebuilt. Both units were refurbished by Saturday late afternoon ready to reinstall Sunday afternoon after the morning deliveries.
